Erica Glover has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Erica is currently working as an Adjunct Professor at Texas A&M University–Central Texas since January 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Cost Accountant at Wilsonart starting in November 2021.

From 2013 to 2021, Erica worked for the City of Temple, TX in various roles. Erica started as an Accountant in August 2013 and was later promoted to the position of Senior Accountant in May 2016. In October 2020, they transitioned to the role of Financial Analyst.

In addition to their municipal experience, Erica has also taught as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor from August 2020 to December 2020.

Before their roles in the public sector, Erica gained experience in auditing and taxation. Erica worked as a Staff Assistant - Audit & Tax at Lott, Vernon & Company from August 2011 to August 2013. Prior to that, they interned as a Tax Intern at Brown, Graham & Company, P.C. from January 2011 to May 2011.

In their earlier career, Erica worked as an Assistant Bookkeeper at Temple Santa Fe Community Credit Union from July 2010 to January 2011. Erica also served as an Accounting Associate at Texas Hydraulics from 2007 to 2008 and started their career as a Teller at First Texas Bank in 2007.

Erica Glover, CGFO, MBA earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor in 2010. Erica then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting from the same university from 2010 to 2012.
