Jennings Paris has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Starting in 2008, Jennings worked as an English Instructor at the Henan Institute of Education, where they created syllabi and curricula for college courses and organized extracurricular learning activities. From 2010 to 2013, Jennings served as a History and English Instructor and Group Leader at the Shanghai High School International Division, where they developed course schedules and evaluation materials for English and World History courses.

In 2014, Jennings joined Wurth Wood Group as the Virginia Specification Representative, working with designers and manufacturers to develop relationships and educate them on Wilsonart products. They also coordinated with managers and sales staff across three territories to grow sales of Wilsonart and related products.

From 2015 to 2018, Jennings worked as a Sales Engineer and North America Field Applications Engineer for the Ergo Product Line at TiMOTION USA, Inc. They collaborated with OEM customers in ergonomics, medical, and industrial markets to develop actuators and controls for their products. Additionally, Jennings represented TiMOTION at trade shows, educated customers' sales teams, and monitored market trends to guide product development.

Most recently, Jennings joined Wilsonart in 2018 as the Sales Representative for the Southeast Region, where they managed distributors and direct customers in multiple states. They set business plans, fine-tuned programming, and collaborated with spec reps to track projects and win specifications. Jennings also provided product education, technical support, fabrication training, and resolution of warranty claims, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving target growth for Wilsonart. In 2023, Jennings transitioned to the role of Sales Manager for the Eastern Region at Wilsonart, where their responsibilities are ongoing.

Jennings Paris obtained a TEFL Certificate in Education from Marshall University in 2008. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2008, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree at the University of South Carolina, majoring in Criminal Justice and African American Studies.
