Andy started their career in 2010 as the Director of the Financial Services Practice at Profile Search & Selection, focusing on senior-level business functions in the financial services sector across China. In 2023, WilsonHCG acquired Profile Search & Selection, and Andy continued their role as the Director of the Financial Services Practice at WilsonHCG, driving strategic business outcomes for global clients. Andy's expertise includes asset and wealth management, private equity/venture capital, corporate and investment banking, fintech/internet finance, and insurance.

Andy Zhi obtained their Bachelor's degree in Commerce with specialization in Finance and Human Resource from Swinburne University of Technology, during the period of 2007 to 2010.
