Brian Hines

Brian Hines has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Brian currently holds the position of Director Talent Acquisition at WilsonHCG, where they have been working since 2018. In this role, they manage the recruitment process outsourcing and human capital consulting for the company's clients.

Prior to joining WilsonHCG, Brian worked at Medtronic as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they managed national staffing activities for various departments. Brian also worked at United Technologies as a Talent Center Manager for Pratt & Whitney, overseeing staffing activities and managing a team.

Before joining United Technologies, Brian worked as a Technical Recruiter at Hamilton Sundstrand and as a Business Manager for US Operations at ProcureStaff. Brian also gained experience as a Recruiter/Account Manager at Aerotek.

Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated expertise in market trends, sourcing techniques, and networking. Brian has effectively managed teams, set goals and performance metrics, and presented recruitment data to client leadership.

Brian Hines pursued an MBA from the University of Hartford, graduating in 2011. Prior to that, they completed a bachelor's degree in Sociology at the University of Connecticut from 1995 to 1999.
