Efrain Perez

Efrain Perez, MBA has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition. Efrain began their career at Kelly OCG in 2010 as a Talent Acquisition professional. Efrain then moved on to Cielo Talent in 2011, where they held roles such as Talent Acquisition Lead and later became a Talent Acquisition - Client Services Manager. In 2018, Perez joined WilsonHCG as a Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, and later transitioned to the role of VP - Hourly Talent Solutions. Efrain has demonstrated expertise in managing client services, leading talent acquisition teams, and implementing effective talent solutions.

Efrain Perez holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, which they earned from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ottawa University between 2010 and 2011. Efrain also holds an Associates degree in Business Management, which they completed at Waukesha County Technical College from 2008 to 2010.
