Katie Weldon

Katie Weldon has a diverse work experience history starting in 2005 as a Newspaper Carrier for the State Journal Register. Katie then worked as a Leadership Camp Counselor at the YMCA in 2010, followed by a Camp Director position at the same organization in 2011. In 2011, they also worked as a Direct Buyer at Beer Nuts, Inc. From 2013 to 2014, Katie worked at TEKsystems as a Technical Recruiter and later as an Account Manager, where they were responsible for prospecting and developing new accounts. In 2014, they joined Groupon as an Account Executive and later became a Team Lead & Area Sales Manager for the West Coast. In 2015, they shifted to WilsonHCG as a Recruitment Consultant/Team Lead, where they provided talent solutions to clients. Most recently, Katie joined FirstKey Homes in 2017 as a Recruitment Consultant/Team Lead, where they focus on acquiring and managing single-family houses and providing excellent customer service.

Katie Weldon attended Illinois State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Professional Sales.
