Kevin Koncelik

Kevin Koncelik has held multiple roles within various companies. Kevin began their career as a Senior Recruiter at Robert Half Technology in 2011, focusing on IT professionals and providing staffing solutions for businesses. In 2012, they joined Total Quality Logistics as a Sales Recruiter, specializing in freight brokerage and transportation services. Since 2014, Koncelik has been with WilsonHCG, starting as a Recruitment Consultant and progressing to become a Recruiting Operations Team Lead, Recruiting Operations Manager, and currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Kevin Koncelik received their Bachelor's degree in Management & Organizations and Sociology from Miami University, where they attended from 2007 to 2011.
