Lindsey Rahe is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in human capital solutions. Currently serving as the Recruitment Operations Manager at WilsonHCG since July 2016, Lindsey has held multiple roles including Recruitment Consultant Team Lead and Recruitment Consultant within a leading global RPO and human capital consulting firm. Prior to this, Lindsey worked at ADP as a Client Relationship Manager, specifically for Pepsi, enhancing recruitment strategies and managing client relationships. Additionally, Lindsey has experience as a Recruiting Specialist for Goldman Sachs' Experienced Hire Recruiting Team, and earlier roles at Fifth Third Bank included Customer Service Manager and Lead Customer Service Representative, focusing on team development and performance management. Lindsey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Rasmussen University.
