Makenzie Lord

Makenzie Lord's work experience includes being a Team Lead, Talent Administrator and Coordinator at WilsonHCG since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Administrator and Coordinator at the same company from June 2021 to March 2022. Before joining WilsonHCG, Makenzie worked as an Elementary School Teacher at Clarksville Montgomery County School System from August 2019 to July 2020. Makenzie also worked as an Elementary School Teacher at Killeen ISD from August 2016 to July 2018, and at Mechanicsburg Area School District from August 2015 to July 2016.

Makenzie Lord received a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2015. Makenzie also obtained various certifications, including TN Certification in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education, as well as TX Certification in Core Subjects Grades (EC-6). Makenzie further expanded their skills with certifications in areas such as job structure and design, running company onboarding, and strategic human resources.
