James Eades

James Eades has over 20 years of work experience in finance and accounting roles. James began their career as an Auditor at Bkl Weeks Green Ltd., where they prepared accounts, income tax liabilities, and conducted audits for small business clients and limited companies. James then joined Deloitte as an Audit Senior specializing in the audit of Solicitor firms and compliance with SAR rules. At Deloitte, they also ran internal training courses on Solicitor Account Rules and participated in inter-firm comparisons.

In 2003, Eades joined Warner Goodman & Streat as a Management Accountant, where they managed a team and provided training on SAR rules and firm procedures. James also handled salary, PAYE, pension, health insurance reconciliations, and vat returns.
