Chris Rogerson

Chris joined Wilton & Bain from Korn Ferry where he led ESG and Sustainability for their Professional Search practice across the US & EMEA and is one of only a handful of seasoned Executive and Specialist Search experts focused purely on ESG and Sustainability. Chris began his career in procurement, working for a global chemical and pharma company before joining E.ON as a Field Account Manager specialising in sustainable and renewable energy solutions for large UK housing developers. He then moved into recruitment, leading consulting and digital within the TMT search practice for a global boutique before starting his own successful ESG and Sustainability focused international search firm which he ran for 4.5 years.

Chris has successfully placed senior executive and specialist ESG and Sustainability hires into consulting, corporate and investment roles and is passionate about furthering progress on climate change and DE&I.
