Kathleen S.

Kathleen S. has extensive experience in the field of international sales and marketing. Kathleen began their career at Crescent Cardboard Company, LLC. in 1993 as an Export Manager, where they successfully executed the sales plan for the international market. Kathleen then advanced to the role of Sales Analysis Manager, where they streamlined the quoting process and managed pricing execution. In 2013, Kathleen was promoted to Director of International Sales, leading a sales and export team and overseeing the global customer base. Kathleen stayed with Crescent Cardboard Company, LLC. until 2018. Since 2018, Kathleen has been working at Wilton Brands, first as a Director of International Project/Account Management, then as a Director of International Projects/Sales for Asia Pacific and Latin America. In 2019, they were promoted to Director of International Sales & Marketing, and in 2022, they took on the role of VP of Sales Operations & Excellence/International Business Development.

Kathleen S. attended Illinois State University from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Spanish. In terms of additional certifications, they completed a course titled "Strategies for Developing Effective Presentation Skills" at the American Management Association in August 2014.
