Kyle Chang

Kyle Chang has a strong background in internal audit and controls assurance. Kyle is currently working as the Chief Auditor at Wilton Re. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President, Group Internal Audit at QBE North America, where they were responsible for planning and executing operational, technology, and project-related audits. Before that, Kyle served as the Director of Internal Audit at AXA Equitable. Kyle started their career as an Internal Audit Manager at Prudential Financial, Inc., where they led engagements for international entities and domestic insurance divisions. Kyle began their professional journey as a Controls Assurance Consultant at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, where they managed audit engagements for clients across various sectors.

Kyle Chang attended Stuyvesant High School for their secondary education. After completing high school, they enrolled in the NYU Stern School of Business, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance / International Business. Later, they pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Leadership & Change Management / Business Analytics. Kyle Chang also obtained a certification as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in September 2022.
