Dean Porritt

Dean Porritt is an experienced professional with a diverse background in firefighting, telecommunications management, coaching, and personal training. Currently serving as an on-call firefighter for Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service since June 2021, Dean has also held the position of Telecommunications Manager at Openreach since April 2016. In this role, Dean has progressed from a telecommunications engineer to managing teams focused on service delivery and developing new recruits.
