Laura Hof

Laura (Benedicto) Hof is an experienced professional specializing in media relations, business development, and project management, currently serving as Head Media and Business2Business at Innerfire since April 2016. Laura is also a Co-Founder of the IceWomen Community and manages internal affairs, including B2B requests. Additionally, Laura operates as a certified yoga teacher, Wim Hof Method instructor, and nutritionist through Laura Hof Alchemy. Laura's previous roles include a consular officer at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the USA and a trainee in various diplomatic positions. Laura holds multiple degrees from the University of Amsterdam, including a Master's in History of International Relations and American Studies, as well as a Bachelor's in Psychology.
