Lisa Travers

Lisa Travers is an experienced instructor and wellbeing manager with a diverse background in mindfulness, breathwork, and recruitment. Currently serving as a Wim Hof Breathwork and Cold Therapy Instructor at Wim Hof Method since March 2023, Lisa conducts sessions across Manchester and at various festivals, including the sold-out 'Happy Place Festival' hosted by Fearne Cotton. As a Senior Wellbeing Manager at The Adecco Group since May 2014, Lisa supports over 100 university students during their placement years and is a qualified UK Registered Mindfulness Teacher. With previous roles including Senior Consultant at Pontoon and Delivery Consultant at Hyphen, Lisa has extensive experience in recruitment across various industries, along with a foundational degree in Psychology from Bangor University.
