Sarah Poole Safley is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and strategic advising. Currently serving as Principal Recruiter at Wimmer Solutions since November 2005, Sarah has played a pivotal role in the company's growth by developing recruitment training, enhancing sourcing strategies, and leading talent acquisition efforts for specialized skill sets. Previously, as Recruiting Team Lead, Sarah mentored a team of recruiters and successfully placed over 700 candidates. Beginning their career at West Coast Careers as a Sales Recruiter and serving as a Leadership/Recruiting Consultant for Alpha Gamma Delta, Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Washington State University.
