Don Hayward

Don Hayward is an experienced hospitality and management professional with over a decade of leadership roles in the gaming and resort industry. Currently serving as the General Manager at Win-River Resort & Casino since December 2020, Don previously held positions at the same establishment, including Assistant General Manager and Hotel Manager. Prior experience includes managing a golf course for RREDCO and overseeing environmental programs as an EPA Manager for the Redding Rancheria Tribe. Don Hayward holds an Associate of Science degree in Construction Technology from Shasta College, earned between 2005 and 2008.
