LeAnn Lyon is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with diverse experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Joyful Owner and Chief Connector at Joy Minder since July 2019, LeAnn focuses on rekindling joy for business owners post-pandemic through curated coaching and innovative business ideas. As the host of "Lead with LeAnn" and Director of Affiliate Relationships at eXp Realty, LeAnn leverages extensive teaching and business sales expertise to empower others in their entrepreneurial journeys. Additional roles include Sapphire Consultant at ORGANO™, a Sales Leader at nowsite, and various leadership positions at BNI Global, highlighting a commitment to fostering quality business connections. LeAnn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Teacher Education from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, alongside studies in entrepreneurship at Gustavus Adolphus College.
