WIN: Women in Innovation
Makena Naegele is currently an Innovation Lead at Capgemini within the Applied Innovation Exchange & Ventures team, focusing on empowering Fortune 500 clients to utilize emerging technologies for enhanced business value. Additionally, Makena serves as an Innovation Strategist and Event Lead for the New York Chapter of WIN: Women in Innovation, promoting pathways for women's leadership in innovation. Previous roles include Strategy Analyst at frog, where Makena contributed to a global innovation practice, and Innovation Analyst at Fahrenheit 212, enhancing growth strategies and user experiences for clients. Early experiences include participation in high-profile hackathons and leadership programs, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Data Science and Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business.
