Chris Pinciak

Chris Pinciak is an accomplished professional in the engineering and innovation sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Innovation and Vice President of Engineering and Sales US at Winbro. Previously, Chris held multiple leadership roles at Winbro, including Head of Engineering North America and Winbro Machine Systems (WMS) Business Leader, along with experience as Head of Project Management at GF Machining Solutions USA. Chris began the career as a Laser Research Applications Engineer 1 at CCAT. Chris holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Physics from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
