Lisa Drew

Lisa Drew has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Interim Chief People Officer at Wincanton since November 2016, where previous roles include Head of People, Human Resources Business Partner, and Regional HR Manager. Prior to Wincanton, Lisa held various human resources positions at Argos from August 2003 to November 2016, and at MITCHELLS & BUTLERS RETAIL LIMITED from February 2001 to August 2003. Lisa holds a CIPD Level 7 degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Derby, completed between 2014 and 2016, and attended Robert Sutton RC High School from 1992 to 1997.
