Clare Condillac

Clare Condillac currently holds the position of Interim Chief People Officer at Mercy Corps, where responsibilities include leading the People Team to align HR functions globally and manage change effectively across various regions. Prior to this role, Clare founded and directed Bongo HR, focusing on enhancing HR and organizational development capabilities for international development and humanitarian organizations, collaborating with numerous notable clients. Experience also includes serving as HR&OD Director for the Asia Region at Plan International, as well as HR Manager roles at National Museums Liverpool and British Red Cross, among others.
