Sarah Wedge

Sarah Wedge (Chartered MCIPD) is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including logistics, research, and not-for-profit. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Wincanton since February 2017, Sarah has previously held significant positions such as HR Business Partner at Gilbarco Veeder-Root Europe and Head of HR at NatCen Social Research. With a strong focus on organizational development, employee engagement, and restructuring initiatives, Sarah has successfully managed large teams, implemented training programs, and led complex HR projects. In pursuit of professional growth, Sarah is currently studying for a coaching diploma at The Coaching Academy. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate diploma and CIPD in HR Strategy from the University of London and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London.
