Rachael Thompson

Rachael Thompson possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Winchester Ammunition since August 2020 and previously as a Senior Human Resources Recruiter. Prior to this role, Rachael worked at BorgWarner Inc. as a Senior Human Resources Generalist from June 2017 to August 2020, and at Parker Hannifin in various human resources capacities from August 2011 to May 2017. Rachael's career began as an Office Assistant at Nephrology and Hypertension Associates from April 2010 to August 2011, and earlier as a Manager at Custom Pizza from August 1999 to April 2010. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Jacksonville State University, completed in 2010, and an advanced diploma in English Language and Literature from Jacksonville High School, attained in 2003.
