Steven Baymiller

Steven Baymiller has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Steven started their career at Marley Cooling Tower Co. as a Manufacturing Engineer from July 1991 to February 1997. Steven then moved to Hobart Refrigeration as a Venture Manager from 1997 to 2002. After that, they worked at Orbital ATK as a Senior Manager - PMO Engineering from August 2002 to April 2017. Steven then joined Northrop Grumman as a Director - High Explosives and Primer Manufacturing from May 2017 to October 2020. Following this, they worked at Olin Winchester, LLC as a Director - High Explosives & Primer Operations from October 2020 to July 2023. Currently, they are employed as the Director of Manufacturing Operations at Winchester Ammunition since July 2023.

Steven Baymiller completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering at Missouri University of Science and Technology from 1986 to 1991. In addition, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Baker University from 2006 to 2008.
