Camila Penas

Camila Penas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Camila started their career as a Sourcing and Supplier Development Intern at Danone in 2017, where they led strategic purchasing initiatives and collaborated with Trademarketing for campaign execution.

In 2018, Camila joined Mercado Libre as a Sales Representative, managing a portfolio of over 350 accounts. Camila successfully implemented a Freemium strategy, increasing the market share in Mendoza from 12% to 65%. Additionally, they led the Mystery Shopper program and utilized their insights for improvements.

Moving on to PedidosYa in 2020, Camila took on the role of Regional Commercial Analyst, where they played a key role in launching PedidosYa Market in several LATAM countries and migrating Glovo Markets in Peru, Ecuador, and Costa Rica. Camila sourced and developed suppliers and defined assortment and pricing strategies according to the business model. Later, they were promoted to Regional Commercial Sr. Analyst - Darkstores, responsible for OKR and KPI analysis for all 14 countries in the LATAM region, as well as cross-team collaboration with Delivery Hero teams and local commercial teams.

Since 2021, Camila has been working at Winclap as a Sr. Growth Partner. Camila plans and implements growth marketing strategies, covering all aspects of the funnel, from awareness to monetization. Their role involves helping companies scale their operations through various initiatives.

Camila Penas completed their Licenciatura degree in Administración y gestión de empresas at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella from 2014 to 2017.
