Brian Garcia

Brian Garcia is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in IT leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of IT and Chief Information Officer at WinCo Foods since April 2016, Brian has previously held the position of Vice President and CIO at Team Express Distributing from April 2010 to April 2016. Earlier in their career, Brian worked as Application Development Program Manager at Rackspace Hosting and held several positions at H-E-B, including Technology Vertical Leader for Pharmacy and Enterprise Architect. Brian's foundational experience includes roles at Souper Salad, Inc. as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, and serving as an Officer and Software Engineer in the United States Air Force for eight years. Brian holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, a Master's in Computer Information Systems from St. Mary's University, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy.
