James Groves

Regional Wastewater Operations Technical Engineer (Manager) at Wind River Environmental

James Groves has extensive work experience in operations management and engineering. James started their career in 1997 and held various positions in the United States Air Force, including roles as Superintendent Infrastructure and Water & Fuel Systems Maintenance Manager. In these roles, they managed teams, oversaw maintenance programs, and directed infrastructure projects. Following their military career, they worked at PAE as a Deputy Operations Manager and Operations and Engineering Superintendent, where they identified efficiency deficiencies and reduced project time. Currently, Groves works at Wind River Environmental as a Regional Wastewater Operations Technical Engineer (Manager), where they manage multiple facilities and focuses on improving facility performance and productivity.

James Groves earned an Associate's Degree in Ecology Controls from the Community College of the Air Force from 1997 to 2007. James later pursued an Associate's Degree in Human Resources from the same institution from 2009 to 2010. Afterward, they attended Saint Leo University from 2004 to 2015, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management, General. Most recently, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of the Incarnate Word, which they attended from 2016 to 2017, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
