Andrea Trabacchi has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Andrea started their career at Vodafone (Omnitel) in 1998, where they served as the CRM Regional Planning Manager until 2000. From 2001 to 2017, Trabacchi worked at H3G, where they held various roles in CRM planning, analysis, automation, outsourcing, and strategy implementation. In 2017, they joined Wind Tre as the Customer Experience Development Manager. Andrea then progressed to become the Head of Governance, Analysis, and Campaign for Customer Touchpoints & Value Management.

Andrea Trabacchi obtained a Laurea degree in Scienze Statistiche from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, completing their education from 1991 to 1995. In addition to their degree, Andrea has also achieved the certification of Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance®, although the specific month and year of obtaining the certification were not provided.
