Ramona Guardascione

Ramona Guardascione has a significant work experience in the telecommunications industry. Ramona was the Head of Customer Disputes and Litigation at Wind Tre since 2017, responsible for managing conciliations, disputes, and legal matters. Ramona is an expert in consumer legislation and has extensive knowledge of AGCom, Corecom, CCIAA, and dispute resolution processes. Prior to their role at Wind Tre, Ramona worked at Wind for over 17 years in various positions, including Competition Law and Customer Claims Manager, Legal Counsel, and Back Office Employee.

Ramona Guardascione completed their secondary education from 1991 to 1996 at the Liceo Scientifico Statale Ettore Majorana. Ramona then pursued their higher education from 1996 to 2003 at the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, where they obtained a Laurea Magistrale LM in Giurisprudenza and specialized in Abilitazione forense.
