Doug Simcock

Doug Simcock serves as the Designated Broker and Owner of Windermere Real Estate/Walla Walla since September 1999, overseeing a team of approximately 40 agents and staff while actively engaging in community leadership. Prior to this role, Doug operated Simcock Construction from August 1993 to September 1996, specializing in the construction of single-family homes in Walla Walla. Additionally, Doug worked as the Associate Youth Director for the Oregon Conference of SDA from 1988 to 1992, where responsibilities included providing resources for youth programming and managing youth camps. Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Walla Walla University, obtained between 1983 and 1988.
