Michael Fanning

Michael Fanning has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Michael started their career in 1990 as a Wine Buyer/Sales Rep at Bianco Rosso Imports, LTD. In 1992, they became a Mortgage Banker at Cascade Savings Bank, excelling in loan bookings. Michael then joined First Interstate Bank in 1994 as a Senior Account Manager.

In 1997, Michael began their long tenure at Windermere Services Company, starting as a Lead Technical Trainer and quickly progressing to become the Director of Technology Education. Michael developed training courses, created a traveling computer lab, and worked on online user support. Michael also held the role of S.V.P. and Senior Vice President for Western Washington Services.

In 2011, Michael became a Certified Ninja Instructor, teaching Ninja Selling to thousands of real estate agents. Michael joined Windermere Services/Ninja Instructor/Coach as a Certified Ninja Instructor and later Windermere Coaching as a Windermere Real Estate Coach. Their work expertise expanded to Windermere Real Estate in 2020 as a Podcast Host.

Throughout their career, Michael has focused on enhancing professionalism, productivity, and business growth for real estate agents, owners, and managers. Their extensive experience and expertise make him a valuable asset in the real estate industry.

Michael Fanning completed their Bachelor of Science degree from Western Washington University. Michael attended the university from 1986 to 1990. Prior to that, they attended Gig Harbor High School from 1982 to 1985. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Ninja Instructor from Ninja Selling in January 2012.
