Alex Speigel

Alex Speigel is a seasoned professional in the field of design and development with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Windmill Development Group, Alex has led key projects such as the 2444 Eglington East mixed-use community in Toronto and the Baker District redevelopment in Guelph. As a Senior Consultant at Urban Equation, noteworthy contributions include the 70-acre West Village Port Credit sustainability project. Previously, Alex held the position of President at iDEAS Development, overseeing various developments and advisory roles, including significant projects across Toronto. Alex's background includes a tenure as Director of Development at Context Development Inc., where multiple residential projects were achieved, as well as serving as President at General Leaseholds, managing large-scale commercial projects.
