Gina Morrison

Gina joined Window Nation as their Chief Human Resources Officer in April 2022. Gina is responsible for leading Window Nation’s HR organization, including Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Learning, Compensation, and Benefits, and Employee Relations. Gina has been in Human Resources for over 25 years, focused on driving business results through strategy, talent, and culture. Prior to joining Window Nation, Gina held multiple HR leadership roles at ESAB, Suez Water Technologies & Solutions, Honeywell, and General Electric. Before beginning her career in Human Resources, Gina spent 8 years on active duty and 6 years of reserve duty in the United States Air Force.
