Mariusz S.

Mariusz S. is an experienced product manager and entrepreneur with a strong focus on the Ethereum ecosystem and Web3 advancements. Currently serving as Lead Product Manager at Mantle Network since January 2022, Mariusz has been pivotal in developing scalability, security, and governance products, notably growing the liquid staking protocol, Mantle LSP, and the mETH token. Mariusz founded Szyma Consulting in 2014 and held previous roles as Project Manager at Itaka, Community Manager for Decred in Poland, Head of Product at QZ Solutions, and various positions at Future Processing and Curie. Mariusz holds multiple degrees in European Studies and Digital Product Management from Opole University of Technology and Boston University.
