Dmytro Khorolets has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Dmytro started their career as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer at Ukrainian-Mediterranean Airlines Ltd in 2004. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as an Instructor at the State training and certification center of civil Aviation, where they provided type training for maintenance and pilots. In 2007, they joined the New Technology Assimilation Centre as a Type Training Instructor.
In 2007, Dmytro started working at WINDROSE airlines, initially as a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, performing line and base maintenance and troubleshooting for various aircraft types. In 2014, they became the Head of Maintenance, responsible for managing the airline's maintenance department, line stations organization, and manpower management.
In 2019, Dmytro joined A2 Aviation Training Ukraine as a Type Training Instructor and Examiner. Dmytro also worked as an Instructor and Examiner at the Windrose Airlines PART147 training center, providing theoretical and practical instruction.
In 2022, Dmytro expanded their expertise by becoming a Theoretical and Practical Instructor at Magnetic Group. Currently, they hold the position of Line Maintenance Coordinator and LAME cat B1.1 at airBaltic, where they continue to contribute their knowledge and skills in aircraft maintenance.
Dmytro Khorolets obtained their Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Technologies from the National Aviation University, where they studied from 2000 to 2006. Additionally, they pursued a second Bachelor's degree in Economic Activity at the same university from 2003 to 2005.
