Shanessa Powers has extensive industry experience, currently holding the role of Regional Manager at Windsor Communities since January 2020. Prior to this, Shanessa worked as an Area Manager and Property Manager, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage teams. With previous experience at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC and Greystar, Shanessa has consistently achieved high occupancy rates, improved resident retention, and increased revenue generation through strategic planning and execution of operational goals.
