Alicia Chan is a dedicated Public Health Nutritionist with extensive experience at Windsor-Essex County Health Unit since October 2017 and previously from September 2016 to August 2017. Alicia has a solid background in nutrition and health communications, having worked at Kraft Canada Inc. in various capacities, including developing educational activities for Heart Month and Nutrition Month. Internships with Toronto Public Health Peer Nutrition Program and Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre provided valuable community and clinical experience. Alicia holds a Master of Public Health in Community Nutrition from the University of Toronto, along with a Certificate in Physical Activity: Assessment and Promotion from Ryerson University, and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Food from Ryerson University.

The Windsor-Essex County Health Unit provides public health services to the residents and businesses of Windsor and Essex County in Ontario, Canada.
