Karen Griffiths

Karen Griffiths is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Group Vice Principal for Quality and Apprenticeships at The Windsor Forest Colleges Group since August 2021. Prior to this role, Karen held various positions at Strode's College from September 2009 to August 2021, including Director of Sixth Form and Head of Languages, Literature and Culture. Karen's career began as a teacher at Surrey Children's Services from September 2004 to December 2009. Academic qualifications include a PGCE in English from the University of Nottingham and a BA (joint hons) in English Literature and Sociology from the University of Kent.
