Victoria Southgate is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development. Currently serving as a Facilitator at Windsor Leadership since July 2023, Victoria is also a Sessional Examinations Invigilator at The Windsor Forest Colleges Group. With a background as an Accredited Breathworks Teacher focusing on Mindfulness for Health and Stress since July 2021, Victoria has previously worked as a Leadership Consultant for PiLON Ltd and as a Learning and Development Consultant for John Lewis Partnership from November 2018 to October 2021. Victoria's career at Waitrose & Partners spanned from April 2000 to November 2018, where roles included Learning and Development Manager and Management Trainer. Victoria holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Westminster and is certified as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and possesses a Master's degree in NLP.
