Drew Cavanaugh has extensive experience in underwriting across various loan products, including FHA, VA, Jumbo, and Non-QM loans. Currently serving as an FHA VA JUMBO Underwriter at Windsor Mortgage since May 2023, Drew previously held roles such as Senior Conventional/FHA DE/VA LAPP/SAR Underwriter at Augusta Financial Inc. and Senior Underwriter at Cardinal Financial Company, Limited Partnership. A proven leader in maintaining high production and loan quality standards, Drew has also contributed to risk management at PennyMac and has a strong foundation in post-sale foreclosure analysis gained at Bank of America. With a background in both sub-prime and conventional loans, Drew has consistently demonstrated expertise in underwriting and compliance throughout various esteemed organizations in the mortgage industry. Drew earned a degree in NABCEP Advanced Photovoltaics from WVOC and furthered education at the University of Phoenix.
