Annette Bisbee

Annette Bisbee is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in managing support operations and infrastructure services. Currently serving as a Sr. Manager of IT Infrastructure Services and IT Help & Service Desks at Windstream since January 2013, Annette leads internal IT Helpdesks for a Fortune 500 communications organization with over 14,000 employees, overseeing remote teams and managing network integration projects. Prior roles include directing Support Operations at MRI Software LLC, where Annette enhanced operational efficiency during a period of significant change, as well as providing training and support services at Intuit Real Estate Solutions. Annette's career began at Management Reports, Inc., where leadership skills were honed in various roles focused on client services and technical support. Annette holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Bowling Green State University, earned between 1979 and 1983.
