Currently serving as a Project Manager for Carrier Ethernet Services at Comcast since September 2016, Joseph has previously held key roles such as Lead Project Manager at Broadview Networks and Senior Account Manager at Verizon. Joseph's expertise includes managing cross-functional teams, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives. With a solid foundation in project management from early roles at MCI and Cavalier Telephone, Joseph also has a background in technical analysis from Rancocas Hospital and systems engineering at Northern Telecom.
