Luis Castiblanco

Luis Castiblanco has extensive experience in software development and technology education, currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at Broadview Networks, now part of Windstream, since May 1997. Proficient in Java and Visual Basic, Luis develops client/server applications and reporting tools utilizing Access and SQL. Previous roles include Volunteer and Team Leader at New York Cares, where educational activities for adult computer skills were created, and a Billing Consultant at Telecon Communications, Inc., focusing on application development for billing processes. Luis also has experience as a LAN Administrator and trainer in computer technology at Empowerment Centers and Technical Career Institutes, teaching both hardware and software skills. Education includes an Associate in Applied Science in Electronic Engineering Technology from Technical Career Institutes and undergraduate studies at Technologic University of Pereira.
