Nicole Barton has over two decades of experience in process management and improvement, currently serving as Process Manager at Broadview Networks since July 2002. In this role, Nicole focuses on identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing best practice solutions that enhance productivity and revenue, particularly in collaboration with the Inside Sales Team.
