Nicolas Eckhardt

Nicolas Eckhardt is a Geographic Information System (GIS) Specialist at Windward Environmental since April 2020, with prior experience as a Spatial Data Analyst for Freestone Environmental Services, contributing to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
