Sean Waddell

Sean Waddell, MS-RMI, CPCU, ARM, AINS, currently serves as the Underwriting Manager for General Operations at Windward Risk Managers, having assumed this role in October 2024. Prior to this position, Sean held the title of Lead Product Manager at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation from 2022 to 2024, overseeing the forms management for 24 personal and commercial lines products. Sean's experience also includes serving as the Underwriting Manager of the Homeowners Program at Unique Insurance Company from 2020 to 2022, where a new underwriting program for a Florida admitted and excess & surplus carrier was implemented. Earlier career roles include tenure as a Senior Underwriter and High Value Property Underwriter at FedNat from 2016 to 2020, and as a Sales Representative/Agent at State Farm ® from 2011 to 2016. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida International University and a Master of Science in Risk Management & Insurance from Florida State University.
