Shishir Saikat

Shishir Saikat is an experienced industrial engineer with a strong background in optimizing production processes. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Windy Group since November 2018, Shishir applies industrial engineering techniques to ensure the effective use of resources on the production floor. Prior roles include Senior Executive Industrial Engineer and Senior Officer IE, where Shishir focused on layout design, bulletin creation, and garments process breakdown with SMV. Previous positions held at Windy Group and MHC Wears involved key responsibilities in process efficiency and capacity studies. Shishir began their career with an internship at Fakhruddin Textile Mill Ltd. after completing a B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from Primeasia University. Educational background also includes Higher Secondary and Secondary School certification in Science.
