Currently serving as an Authorised Tutor at the Wine Institute and as a Founder at Ace Awards Taiwan, Patrick also holds roles as a Barossa Specialist Educator, USA Cheese Specialist Certification Program Instructor, and Certified Educator with WSET and Wine Australia.
